On the 3rd July 2015, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued a Circular to the investment services industry notifying Fund Managers of the publication of a revised version of Appendix 2B – Financial Return for Fund Managers.  

The duly revised Financial Return effectively incorporates an additional sheet (Non Malta Funds) concerning the collection of data in respect of non-Malta domiciled funds that are managed in Malta. As Maltese Fund Managers will be aware, this data is already being requested by email and, accordingly, will start being collected through the Financial Return from next submission.
